Privacy
This site is a public archive. You do not need an account to read any of it, and it is built to work without knowing who you are.
The short version
- There is no sign-up, no newsletter and no form that asks for your name, address or phone number.
- Numbers you type into the search box are used to run that search. They are not stored against you.
- One essential cookie keeps the site working. Nothing on this site tracks you between visits for our own purposes.
- Adverts are supplied by Google, and Google sets its own cookies. That part is explained below.
What is stored, and where
In full, this is everything:
A session cookie
Named blnt_session. It holds a short-lived token that protects forms against cross-site abuse, a counter that stops a script hammering the search, and any one-off message the site needs to show you on the next page. It contains no personal data, it is not readable by other sites, and it disappears when you close the browser.
A theme preference
If you switch between the light and dark appearance, that choice is saved in your own browser under blnt-theme so the site does not flash the wrong colours next time. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records the address a request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser used. These are kept only to keep the site up and to investigate abuse or faults, and they are not used to build a profile of you.
Nothing else
There is no account system, no comment section, no upload, no payment and no mailing list on this site. We run no analytics or audience-measurement product of any kind.
Adverts
This site is free to read and is paid for by advertising. Adverts are served by Google, which acts as a third-party vendor and is not controlled by us.
Google and its partners use cookies to serve adverts based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show you adverts based on your visit to this site or other sites on the internet.
You can turn off personalised advertising at any time in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
Vendors other than Google may also set cookies here. Where that happens they do so under their own privacy policies, which you can reach from the opt-out pages above.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for your choices about advertising cookies before any are set, and you can change that answer later.

Age
Playing the lottery is for adults. This site is not directed at children, is not designed to appeal to them, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Your rights
Because the site holds nothing that identifies you, there is normally nothing to show you, correct or delete. If you believe a server log has captured something about you and you want it removed, write to us and we will look.
Changes to this page
If what the site collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no version history to hunt through: this page always describes the site as it is now.
