What this means: Slightly more endings are unseen than the mathematical random-draw model estimates. Lotteries with few imported draws can raise the archive count.

One thing we correct first. A consolation prize is the first-prize number printed again for every other series. So one drawn number shows up about a dozen times. That is one result, not a dozen, so we count it once. No ending is lost — the first prize it copies has the same ending.

The first bar is the answer to this page: endings that came up zero times. The dotted line is what pure chance predicts. The bars sit on the line, so nothing unusual is going on.

By district

We cannot answer this one by district. Kerala prints the town only next to the top prizes. The smaller prizes are just bare 4-digit numbers with no place attached. Only 772 of 74,071 winning numbers (1.04%) have a district at all, so a district-by-district count would say more about the paperwork than the draws.
